Caledonia Community Center and Readfield Park Shelter Rental Information

Individuals looking to rent the Caledonia Community Center and/or Readfield Park Shelter:

Use the event calendar on the town website to determine the availability of your date. Review the rental rules and cost of facilities to determine what option you'd like for your event. Print, fill out, and return the appropriate rental agreement with required fees to the Town of Caledonia. Reservations can be made 12 months in advance.

2026 Rental Agreement for Readfield Park Pavilion & Caledonia Town Hall

Your reservation is confirmed when the Town has received your completed rental agreement and payment and has added your reservation to the Town calendar.

2026 Fees:

  • Community Center Only - $100 plus $50 security deposit
  • Park Shelter Only - $75 plus $50 security deposit
  • Community Center -and- Park Shelter - $150 plus $50 security deposit

Your entire payment, including the security deposit, will be deposited at the time of rental. Once the post-event inspection is completed your security deposit will be refunded to you at the next town board meeting.

2027 Fees: 

  • Readfield Park Pavilion - full day rental
    • Weekday - $50
    • Weekend - $100
  • Gruetzmacher Park - 5 hour rental
    • Weekday no kitchen: $125
    • Weekday w/ kitchen: $150
    • Weekend/Holiday no kitchen: $275
    • Weekend/Holiday w/ kitchen: $300

Community groups looking to reserve Town Facilities:

Use the event calendar on the town website to determine the availability of your date. Review the rental rules to determine what option you'd like for your event. Print, fill out, and return the Usage Agreement to the Town of Caledonia. Reservations can be made 12 months in advance.

Your reservation is confirmed once the town website is updated with your rental information.
