The Town of Caledonia has a comprehensive park system comprised of 3 parks:
Readfield Park, located at E9181 State Road 96 next to the Caledonia Town Hall, features an expansive playground, ball diamonds, a pavilion available for rent, and a half mile walking trail.

Gruetzmacher Park, located at N2261 Bean City Road, is 47 acres with the Gruetzmacher Community Center, a fabulous playground, pickleball courts, sledding hill, bicycle skills course and pump track, and over 2.5 miles of trails. Nature abounds with woodlands, prairie, wetlands, and a pond. Gruetzmacher Park was completed in 2026.

Pagel Pier, located at E7200 Rawhide Rd, is on the Wolf River and provides water access (no boat launch). The pier was completed in 2024.
The Town Board is proud to have improved and expanded recreational opportunities in the town without the use of tax dollars.
